2.1 Reseller Relationship

2.2 Installer Responsibility

Installers are solely responsible for proper installation, compliance with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. DOT Canada is not liable for installation errors or failures.

2.3 No Exclusive Rights

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no reseller or installer is granted exclusive territory, pricing, or sales rights.


3. Product Information & Professional Use Disclaimer

3.1 Technical Accuracy

Product specifications, compatibility details, and technical descriptions are provided for general reference only. You are responsible for verifying suitability prior to purchase or installation.

3.2 Professional Judgment

All products must be selected, installed, and used by qualified professionals. DOT Canada does not provide engineering, electrical, security, or legal advice.


4. Pricing, Payments & Commercial Terms

4.1 Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
