- Orders under $500 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Items on backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated timelines may vary depending on supplier availability.
2.3 Special Orders
Special-order products are ordered directly from suppliers and may require additional lead time. Delivery timelines for special orders depend on manufacturer availability and logistics.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your shipping address, courier service, and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email or through your account, where available.
4. Shipping Exclusions & Additional Charges

At this time, DOT Canada ships within Canada only.
- We do not accept or fulfill orders outside of Canada.
