What a waste of time. They sent a tech to confirm suitability. All aok. I re-attend for installation a week later. I cancel the other service provider. Tell them I am travelling to this seasonal property just for the install, a two-day commitment. They arrive and tell me uh… whoops, the tower won’t accept new users. They failed to properly conduct the suitability assessment. Now I have no internet. Thanks a ton. You guys rock.

Absolute disappointment.
After multiple assurances from DOT Communication that their upgraded equipment and “much improved” service would work perfectly in my area, I decided to switch providers. I cancelled my existing service, scheduled the installation, and rearranged my day — only to be told by their own technician, standing on my roof trying to find a signal, that the connection here is poor and I would not be satisfied with their service.
This was a complete waste of my time and extremely disappointing. A company should not make promises they cannot deliver.

Gaurav and his colleague were great. They hooked us to a new internet service and kept us apprised along the way. They provided internet speeds even before the installation occurred. A job well done and I recommend. 👍

If i coukd give Gaurav 10 stars I would. His service was incredible so nice from beginning to end and beyond helpful. We had been waiting for Bell to fix our internet lines becasue hmthey were damaged becasue I live in a new build. And bell was absolutely horrible to deal with. I called xplore on a Friday and I had my ibternet hooked uo by Sunday. Fantastic customer service from all sides. Definately recommend.
