Big thank you to Gary , located in Niagara. We have had very poor connections with xplore internet for 5 years, constant complaining about the techs they would send us, multiple techs have come and would not move our internet from where it was (facing a tree).. he knew we had a bad connection as soon as he came and seen where it was installed and had no issues relocating the internet and making sure we had a great service. Highly recommend! Thank you

I was looking at having their service installed at
my cottage. Based on the coverage mapping, I was assured we could get good signal speed. So, I took a day off work to meet the installer.
First off, they sent the technician/installer to an address more than 2 hours away from me. Once we figured out he was nowhere near me, they had someone from the company contact me. Their records showed they did have the correct address. It was just somehow completely messed up. They were able to find another technician who was closer to me and sent him. Not too bad. About another hour wait.
That fellow was very nice, courteous and efficient.
Of course, he did the signal check and realized not only did we not have a good signal, he couldn’t even get a signal lock at all.
OK. It happens. Trees and such in the way I guess.
However, an entire day wasted and not a very impressive experience.

I had DOT install security cameras at my home. The installer Dax Had done a great job he showed up on time he had said he would be there, Even in the pouring rain. He had installed four cameras. The Work was very neat and he was professional and tidy had made suggestions which made more sense than where I would have put the cameras.
He took his time walking me through the use of the app for the cameras.
I would highly recommend having Dax of DOT Communications out of Lindsay Ontario to anyone looking to have security cameras installed.

Gaurav and his colleague were great. They hooked us to a new internet service and kept us apprised along the way. They provided internet speeds even before the installation occurred. A job well done and I recommend. 👍

If i coukd give Gaurav 10 stars I would. His service was incredible so nice from beginning to end and beyond helpful. We had been waiting for Bell to fix our internet lines becasue hmthey were damaged becasue I live in a new build. And bell was absolutely horrible to deal with. I called xplore on a Friday and I had my ibternet hooked uo by Sunday. Fantastic customer service from all sides. Definately recommend.
